The rules of the canteen
- One meal at a time, at most one every 20 minutes and 6 a day for each citizen.
- Meals are served at a canteen only: the cook is there. Asked anywhere else, the game points the way to the nearest.
- The dish comes from the food in the common stores. While the Commonwealth is being founded the State makes an emergency meal when the stores have none.
- This page counts the meals of the day for all the canteens together, never who ate them or where; so does the ledger of the stores.
- A meal is for eating: the game marks it, and it cannot be delivered back to the stores.
