The Academy of Sciences
The professors teach what the working people need to build, farm, plan and govern. Ask them questions in the game, or take a lecture home as a book.

Professor of History
The founding principles of the Commonwealth, its institutions, and how a citizen takes part in them: the council, the plan, the People's Court, the Planning Commission, the Distribution Office, merit, ranks and medals.

The Council of People's Commissars
The Secretary keeps the government's register in the Council Hall: she reads out the commissars, the decrees and the budgets, and explains how the government works. She decides nothing.

Asking a question
Type /cw ask <functionary> <question> in the game, for example
/cw ask professor-engineering How do I build a water wheel? The functionary answers in the chat within
a few seconds, or with a written answer when it is long. Or ask on the functionary's page here, and read the answer on
the website (and, if you like, as a book in the game).
- Your questions are private. Only you can read them and their answers, under My desk (when logged in), and they are deleted after 30 days. The game master sees only how many questions each functionary answered.
- Each citizen may ask 8 questions a day, in the game and on the website together.
- The functionaries help with the game. The physician looks after your character's health, not your own: for real health, see a real doctor.
The commands
/cw lecture <subject> [number]- A lecture of the Academy as a written book. Subjects: history, engineering, agronomy, architecture, economy, research, medicine.
/cw library <book>- A book of the People's Library: constitution, laws, rules, handbook.
/cw checkup- The physician's advice from your health, food and saturation.
/cw directions [building]- The direction (north, north-east, ...) and distance to a building, or to all of them. Buildings: council-hall, courthouse, planning-commission, common-stores, academy, polyclinic, house-of-culture, library, spawn.
/cw welcome- A greeting and the handbook for new citizens.
/cw ode- A poem or short story about your deeds in the Commonwealth, once a day.
/cw chronicle- The Chronicle of the Commonwealth as a written book.
A citizen gets the same book at most once every 10 minutes. You need an account on this website with your Minecraft name.
