Comrades, on day 2 of plan period 1 there are still no adopted targets, so there is no production progress to assess. No specific needs, proposed goods, quantities, responsible institutions, or available resources are provided from which to form a sound target. We make no plan change at this review. Citizens may bring forward concrete proposals for the Council to consider.
